BEFORE - PROJECT 21
CHALLENGES FACED
Here we had a roof with discontinuous shingles. The roof was originally denied, but we kept on fighting it with the insurance company. Had to send test twice to the lab, and after months of back and forth, we finally got it approved.

BEFORE - PROJECT 22
CHALLENGES FACED
Our greatest challenge on this project was to get the insurance to approve it. Beside our typical inspection and adjuster’s inspection, we had to with a forensic engineer twice. After calls and follow ups with the insurance we finally got it approved.

AFTER - PROJECT 22
INNOVATION USED
We faced another long fight with the insurance company on this one. Three inspection were performed, including two of them done by forensic engineers, and we made sure to assist them and provided them with all the information they required, which included ITEL (testing lab), Building Codes and CompanyCam. Then, we tenaciously persisted and followed up with the insurance company all the step of the way, until finally got this project approved. Another big win for the team.

BEFORE - PROJECT 27
CHALLENGES FACED
A few days after completion, we received a call from the customer about squirrels getting into the attic of the house. After investigation, noticed that they were coming in through some broken fascia. After replacing vinyl fascia with PVC, we properly sealed the house properly keeping the squirrels out for good.

Gil and his team were a pleasure to work with! They worked with my insurance company to get my roof and garage fixed up after it started leaking. And in the process, they uncovered some other issues that could be corrected at the same time, saving me a huge headache in the future. They were also able to finish up some other small projects around the house that were on my to-do list while they were here. It was a great help, and I am super pleased with the results!

AFTER- PROJECT 27

BEFORE - PROJECT 33
CHALLENGES FACED
After going through with the inspection and meeting with the adjuster to show him all the hail and wind damages on this roof, the insurance company decided to partially approve the project. Working directly with the home owner by providing them with a competitive estimate, this project was finally approved and an couple of days after proceeded with the installation to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

Gil was excellent in our overall experience. The entire crew was professional throughout the process. As a military veteran I would highly recommend this company for a roof replacement. This is the “go to” company in the triangle! Ned Robertson https://share.google/BWsFCP3K1oqqvDI0k

AFTER - PROJECT 33
INNOVATION USED
Top tier GAF products were used on this project as we always do. The main challenge we faced on this project had to do with not having enough ridge vent due to the shape of the roof. For proper ventilation, two extra large box vents were added on the roof to the back of the house.
